Industrial laser cleaning — clean metal without blasting media
Laser cleaning is a light-based way to strip rust, paint, oxides and production residue from metal. A handheld laser head delivers energy to the contamination layer so it lifts or vaporises away, leaving the surface ready for weld, coating or inspection.

Why workshops use it
You get a controllable clean without stocking grit, managing dust clouds from blasting media, or soaking parts in aggressive chemicals. That matters on mixed jobs, repair work, moulds/tooling, and prep before welding or painting.
Pulse vs CW in plain terms
- Pulsed (AMTech Clean 300 / Clean 500) — short energy pulses for controlled heat. Best when finish quality and delicate surfaces matter.
- CW “clean” on Multi 1500 — continuous-wave on a multi-function welder. Useful for light workshop cleaning, NOT the same as pulsed Clean on sensitive surfaces.
